Responsibilities:
- Serve as the organization's SME for Enterprise Agile Tooling (e.g. Jira, Trello, Atlassian plugins, planning poker), managing product backlogs, vendor relationships, upgrades, feature adoption, and integrations
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancements of agile tooling ensuring alignment with SDLC processes and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate, select, and configure agile tools and technologies to support efficient software development and delivery
- Define and maintain key delivery metrics and dashboards (e.g., velocity, throughput, WIP, risk posture) tailored for both executive and operational stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training sessions, playbooks, and knowledge assets to promote best practices and consistent usage of agile tooling across the organization
- Ensure seamless integration of agile tooling with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD platforms, test automation frameworks, and governance processes (e.g., risk assessments, code scanning, change management)
- Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, security, risk, and compliance teams to gather requirements and ensure the tooling ecosystem supports enterprise-wide KPIs, KRIs, KCIs, and policy adherence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in agile delivery, enterprise tooling, or software development lifecycle roles
- 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level agile tooling implementation, administration and user onboarding (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification is required. Atlassian/JIRA Cloud is preferred
- Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Agilist are desirable
- Proven experience working in regulated environments, with exposure to audit, compliance, and control frameworks
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Jenkins, SonarQube)
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a collaborative approach to working across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes and business practices
