Expectation is that the candidates will be a proven Project Manager within the Technical Infrastructure (TI) field to include successful deployments of technical infrastructures, as well as work effectively with all levels of the organization to streamline efficiencies.

This Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects for our financial client's Technology Infrastructure Delivery groups in support of the TI portfolio and ops. Responsibilities include the initial elicitation of customer requirements, documentation and cataloging, prioritization and ranking, ensuring quality and testability, traceability, and requirements change management. This position will have primary responsibility for managing project governance and budget processes; with heightened focus on quality of TI. This position works closely with our financial client's Operations Teams, Project Managers and multi discipline TI teams.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree (B. A.), a minimum five years related experience, and a strong understanding of requirements management and quality assurance throughout a project lifecycle required. Prefer candidates with the ability to coach cross functional project teams on TI and telecommunications challenges, project execution processes, and operational excellence.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Participate in annual portfolio planning

* Establish and lead project teams to the successful delivery of TI projects

* Ensure IT infrastructure solution are based on business requirements

* Manage and control changes to infrastructure and applications

* Understand the infrastructure portfolio and TI investments required

* Manage projects in a dynamic environment

* Manage budgets within a project

* Proficient in MSOffice products with expert skills in Excel, Visio and Powerpoint

* Create and deliver polished presentations to all levels of the organization

* Lead and mentor other project managers

* Contribute to the process and operational maturity of Technology Infrastructure

* Knowledge of technology infrastructure

* Ability to organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

* Knowledge of project management techniques

* Skill in procurement and financial planning & forecasting

* Records maintenance skills

* Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

* Ability to work well with multiple levels of management and present themselves professionally and succinctly with Senior Leaders

* Strong understanding of requirements management and quality assurance throughout a project lifecycle required

* Ability to coach cross functional project teams on requirements management, project execution processes, and operational excellence in data and telecommunications
