Position Summary:

As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a current large client targeting opportunities assigned to you. This position will be tasked with increasing overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships. You will develop and maximize company presence and market share in designated accounts, while driving revenue growth and continuous improvement. We expect that “hunting and closing” and growing revenue in assigned clients will be the primary responsibilities for this role.

The Account Executive is expected to identify sales opportunities, as well as to communicate client needs and goals, to the recruiting team, to ensure they are met. The Account Executive will grow account revenue through direct relationships with hiring managers and working with recruiting to build a recruiting strategy to meet the client’s demands. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to sell to all levels of client executives within the assigned portfolio of accounts. 

Responsibilities:

 

Achieve monthly and quarterly account revenue and headcount growth targets.

Achieve monthly and quarterly new account development goals.

Maintain 100% client retention and satisfaction measured through client scorecards.

Utilize a consultative relationship approach to embed Open Systems at all levels within the client organization.

Uncover, introduce, and implement opportunities to increase client satisfaction, and increase market share.

Develop and grow your own client base by marketing Open Systems services for projects and interim staffing solutions.

Marketing to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.

Solidifying Open Systems presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.

Strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly/monthly/quarterly account and new business growth goals, while remaining accountable for individual growth goals.

Responsible for contractor renewals.

Act as an escalation point and ensure resolution of any client issues regarding contractors on billing.

Assist with various tasks to ensure success of assigned strategic clients.

 

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport with senior level client executives and hiring managers.

Proven experience creating account strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability. Strong time management, organizational and forecasting skills.

Track record of revenue generation and client retention.

Experience acting as a point of contract for large national clients, and the resolving client issues and escalations.

Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed. Motivated, goal oriented and persistent

Experience with cold calling, business development and account management.

Excellent time management skills.

Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills are essential

Strong communication, both written and verbal, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of the organizational structure of the client, their mission and project goals, and communicate this to the recruiting teams.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
