Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Newtown, PA (Post Covid). 

This role is Full Time / Direct.

Open Systems is looking for BA with Financial Services background.  (Wealth Management experience is a plus.)

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science

· 8+ years of work experience in business analysis, requirements management

Duties:

•Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision, product roadmap

•Understand & identify the product capabilities, feature and function

•Define epics and stories and success criteria, story elaboration, business logic, business results

•Manage the product scope, prioritize the capabilities, epic, stories

•Participate in sprint review demo and provide feedback

•Track the feedback and ensure that feedback is part of backlog and prioritized

•Participate in incident triaging

Skills:

•Product Management experience

•Financial services experience, preferably, Wealth management experience

•Business acumen and ability to provide business and end customer perspective
