Purpose and function of job:
Coordinate HRIS systems planning and assist in the development and implementation of improved and/or new HR-related business solutions.
Key liaison with Corporate IT.
Supervise and perform the continuous processing, handling and storage of HR data.
Assess current HR processes and provide system and work flow recommendations for data tracking and reporting.
Provide timely and accurate HRIS reports.
Project management for new HR systems development

Applies knowledge of technical tools, methods and technologies to generate solutions.
Considers the effects of new technology on customers

Mandatory Skills
Education level:
University (BS/ BA) degree or equivalent work experience

Total years and type of prior related experience:
knowledge of HRIS disciplines and theories as represented by 2+ years HRIS experience and project management experience.
