Office Manager

A tech startup is looking to expand their NYC office and add an Office Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks:
    • All onboarding
    • Scheduling retreats
    • Any other internal admin needs
  • This role will be reporting to the GM of the NYC office

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment law — hiring contractors, full-time employees
  • Experience using TriNet
  • Knowledge of/ able to manage benefits - healthcare, 401k
  • Payroll experience – ideally someone who has worked at a small and or global organization
  • International Experience is a plus
