Online presence and maintenance, operational processes and workflows, and help desk support

Handle all incoming phone calls and support requests in a courteous and professional manner

Master general company applications for troubleshooting purposes

Exhibits basic proficiency in HTML and one scripting language (preferably JavaScript)

Someone who can communicate well with customers calling into an 800# for help, with good customer service, hand holding & follow through skills

Job Summary

This role will provide internal and external help desk support to ensure proficiency in the full utilization of the company’s IT Business Systems.  This includes assisting users with technical support by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting issues/problems, determining and implementing solution, and maintaining process documentation. 

Key Position Accountabilities

•    Assist in the supporting and maintaining of application tools and solutions
•    Help develop, maintain, improve, and support the company systems and any other technologies directly related to the student experience.
•    Provide internal and external support for student related IT issues.
•    Improve user competency by writing and maintaining end-user documentation.
•    Participate in projects from an IT support prospective.
•    Participate in development of user training programs including manuals by identifying learning needs/trends; recommending instructional change and delivery methods.

Qualifications

•    Exhibits proficiency IT Systems administration with an emphasis on cloud applications
•    Knowledge of G Suite Administration
•    Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting for local and remote employees
•    Experience with Support Ticketing Systems
•    Experience with CRM and/or ERP Systems
•    Ability to read and troubleshoot basic aspects of front-end code environments (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) a plus
•    Problem Solving
•    Excellent verbal/written skills
•    Phone skills
•    Customer service skills
•    Knowledge of web development a plus
