Data Quality Support

  • Create and execute DQ queries using Informatica IDQ and JIRA
  • Manage DQ exceptions, and support DQ Scorecard
  • Assist in expanding the monitoring and measurement activities 
  • Analyze and create new DQ rules using Informatica, introducing new features, coordinating software upgrades, and migrating existing procedures
  • Assist in the expansion of the data quality scorecard to incorporate new items and improve efficiencies
  • Analyze gaps and deficiencies within business areas by studying current reporting and analytical practices
  • Support data clean-up and reconciliation through root cause analysis (RCA) and coordination of production changes
  • Implement and update data governance procedures, standards, training documents, presentations, and Data Governance detail plans
  • Assist Data Stewards and Business Process Owners to achieve Data Quality & Monitoring goals
  • Participate in testing activities (test plans, test cases and test scripts)
  • Identify gaps between current capabilities and new requirements


  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 5+ years of programming experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial services organization
  • 5+ years of experience with Data Warehousing, Reporting, Data Governance, or Programming
  • Strong technical proficiency in Informatica IDQ, Excel VBA
  • Advanced SQL skills (querying, tuning, designing)
  • Hands-on support with semi-technical tools (Access, Advanced Excel)
  • Ability to coordinate with both business and technology, ability to understand the details and suggest best practice solutions
  • Knowledge of banking products
  • Experience in Risk Management 
  • Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality control process
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience with key regulatory requirements is a plus 
  • Understanding of operations, technology, and SDLC
  • Experience in project work, analysis, and planning
