Project Manager- IT Operations Vendor Management

A health services organization is seeking a IT Service Manager to join their team in Bloomfield.


  • Acting as the primary contact for 24x7 Severe Incident Management resolution
  • Interfacing for problem and change management oversight of off-shore locations
  • Managing high priority incidents 
  • Providing ongoing vendor management of the strategic service provider
  • Providing pre-implementation activities with GSP and applicable Client's stakeholders


  • Previous experience organizing off-shore, outsourced IT engagements or vendor management initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of HPSM or related ticketing systems, Incident, Change and Problem Management systems or equivalent (Remedy, etc.).
  • Familiar with ITIL Framework processes
  • A Bachelors Degree in IT or Business management
