This role is a file manipulation work in excel using vlook ups and changing text to columns and working with a Tower walker rewards systems.  Various instructions for the is person for using excel, SharePoint drive folder and changing things and making word documents.  Working all with Excel files compensation surveys that they purchased proficient with MS office doing this type in work.  It is an HR function but survey information that is confidential.  Excel experience 3-5 years’ experience have dined VLOOKUP’s and formatting.  Detail oriented from the surveys would be helpful looking at it but not necessary. 


Probably a 2 week project and will fill their time if necessary.  Very tight team and very detail oriented and very precise.  Looking at numbers and excel files all day.


Interview process and spoke over the phone and hire them from a phone interview or could hire of a resume.
