Mid-Level Project Manager

A Fortune 100 financial services organization is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Charlotte.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: development and maintenance of project & resource plans, project monitoring and administration activities including development of detail activity trackers, owning and updating status reports and dashboards
  • Coordinating project and work stream schedules
  • Working directly with work stream leads to ensure tasks/work is identified, assigned and progressing
  • Leading daily and weekly work management meetings with External Vendors and Internal Teams
  • Preparing reports and presentations for Steering Committee, MRB, project kickoff’s and other as identified

Required skills:

  • The ability to articulate and facilitate discussions, set agendas, drive execution and report on multiple work streams and projects simultaneously
  • Basic to expert user of MS Suite (all), SharePoint and Clarity
  • A Bachelors' Degree in Finance, Actuarial, Business, Management, Data
  • 5+ years in a financial PM role
