Corporate Recruiter

A leading blockchain financial services startup is seeking its first internal recruiter. You will help manage a full-cycle recruiting process, help devise a recruiting strategy and over time, build our the recruiting team. 

Responsibilities

  • Help develop internal recruiting strategy
  • Implement variety of sourcing strategies - e.g. research, events, marketing campaigns and referrals. 
  • Ensure a strong positive candidate experience
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates
  • Measure effectiveness of the recruiting process and proactively think of ways to improve

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and recruiting
  • Experience working with stakeholders and hiring managers at different levels
  • Experience sourcing and closing candidates
  • Experience managing large pipelines and tracking candidates through the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
