Accounts Payable Assistant

A well-respected manufacturing company based in Central New Jersey is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.

 

Role:

  • Enter invoices into database, matching invoices with purchase orders
  • Receiving and processing purchase and transaction documentation
  • Troubleshooting payment discrepancies and errors, making adjustments and serving as primary contact with vendors.
  • Review regular reports for long-term adjustments

 

Profile:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Experience working with a modern ERP
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Independent worker with strong communication skills
