A leading financial services company is seeking a strong Application Support Analyst. You will join a group focused on

- analyzing and resolving application issues

- managing incidents

- providing analysis and statistics showing application health as well as support performance

- proactively identifying processes that can be automated


  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience with SDLC
  • Prior experience with application support/problem solving in a technical environemnt
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Must have experience with one of the following scripting languages - Shell, Perl, Python
  • Must have experience with one or more OO programming languages
