Jr. Desktop Engineers

A leading global investment firm is seeking 5 Jr. Desktop Engineers for their Greenwich, CT location. 

You will be responsible for providing quality desktop support services to various groups. This is a hands-on role requiring strong desktop, support and customer service skills. 


  • Deliver high-quality support to all end-users 
  • Provide support of desktop technology and desktop applications
  • Document problems and resolutions in the ticketing system and knowledgebase
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Provide adhoc support as requested
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply desktop OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.


  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • 1-4+ years of post grad experience with working at an enterprise level help desk
  • Must be familiar with basic PC repair, image creation, and deployment practices for desktops.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 2010/2016
  • Broad understanding of smartphones including iPhone and Android
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong customer service experience
  • Must demonstrate an ability and interest in having a hands-on approach to the Desktop Support function
