OST CELEBRATES SOCIAL MEDIA DAY!

We were eager to celebrate Social Media inside the OST headquarters because, believe or not, social media has become both a successful and entertaining business tool for us. Many people hear the term “social media” and roll their eyes -  social media is for millennials, right? - but that’s just not the case. At Open Systems Technologies, we have a social media presence on many platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our blog, and we find it to be a very powerful marketing and communications tool that helps drive ourbusiness.  

HERE ARE A FEW REASONS WE USE SOCIAL MEDIA:    

 

1. To Attract Candidates - As an IT recruiting company with hundreds of open positions at a time, we are constantly posting our hottest jobs on social media. If you work in the IT industry, we highly suggest following us on to get an idea of what the job market is like.  

2. To Inform – As industry experts, we are always on top of market trends and use our platforms to share our knowledge of the industry. 

3. To Connect - Through social media, we are able to connect with our employees across our 10 different branches. At OST, we are always having a blast and it’s so much fun to share what our day-to-day is like! It paints a great picture of the wonderful culture that we have created here!
